Regional ManagerJen brings over 17 years of experience across residential and student lettings, managing a wide range of properties throughout Liverpool.
Known for her calm, hands-on approach, Jen focuses on doing things properly - keeping homes well looked after, tenants supported, and landlords informed without unnecessary noise. She builds strong, respectful relationships on both sides, with clear communication and attention to detail at the heart of her work.
Jen believes good property management comes down to responsibility, consistency, and trust. Her aim is simple: to make letting a property feel straightforward and well handled, so everyone involved feels confident and supported.
Founder David
David brings over 15 years’ experience across property, development, and maintenance, working closely with landlords to keep homes running properly.
As the owner of Elect Group, a building and maintenance company, David saw first-hand how slow responses, outsourced repairs, and unclear responsibility create unnecessary pressure for property owners. Small issues were taking too long to fix, and landlords were being pulled into problems that should have been handled for them.
NuHome was created to change that. By bringing lettings, management, and in-house maintenance together, David set out to create a simpler, more reliable way to look after property - one that takes the pressure off and keeps standards high.
Grace
Sales and lettingsGrace brings four years of experience across residential lettings, supporting tenants and landlords throughout the full tenancy journey.
With a background spanning enquiries, viewings, applications, and ongoing tenancy care, Grace understands what makes a tenancy run smoothly day to day. She’s worked with students and working professionals alike, helping people feel settled, supported, and well looked after in their homes.
Known for being approachable, reliable, and detail-focused, Grace values clear communication and consistency. Her aim is simple: to make the lettings process feel calm, straightforward, and properly handled — so tenants feel supported and landlords know things are in safe hands.
